Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GoPilot is a Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness assessment tool. It connects to your Microsoft 365 tenant via read-only OAuth access, runs automated configuration checks against the Microsoft Graph API, guides you through manual checks, and produces a scored readiness report with remediation recommendations.
GoPilot does not modify your Microsoft 365 environment. All Graph API access is read-only.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must have appropriate administrative permissions (Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator) to connect a Microsoft 365 tenant.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Free tier: One automated-only assessment for one tenant.
- Single Assessment ($99 USD): One full assessment (automated + manual checks + PDF export) for one tenant. One-time payment.
- Pro ($149 USD/month): Unlimited tenants, unlimited assessments, full manual checks, PDF export, assessment history, and re-scan capability.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Pro subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
Single Assessment purchases are non-refundable once the assessment has been started. Pro subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to assess tenants you do not have authorisation to access
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or redistribute assessment reports without permission
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the configuration metadata necessary to produce your readiness report. We do not access the contents of emails, files, or chats.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Assessment reports are informational and based on the data available at the time of the scan. GoPilot does not guarantee that following the remediation steps will make your tenant fully secure or Copilot-ready. You are responsible for reviewing and implementing any recommendations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
